Examples may include premature seam failure caused by defective workmanship, cushion failure caused by a confirmed material or manufacturing defect, abnormal separation or cracking caused by a covered material defect, or failure of an eligible LED component under normal use.
Normal softening, compression, wrinkling, stretching, fading, staining, scratching, or other changes resulting from ordinary use or improper care are not covered unless Olevane determines that the condition was caused by a covered defect.
“Normal use” means using, assembling, operating, cleaning, and maintaining the product in accordance with:

If the claim is approved as a product quality, material, manufacturing, structural, or workmanship defect, Olevane will cover the reasonable and necessary costs associated with the approved remedy, which may include:
Customers must obtain written approval before arranging third-party repairs, installation, removal, shipping, or other services. Costs incurred without prior written approval may not be reimbursed.
If the issue is caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, incompatible parts, improper care, or other customer-caused damage, related parts, shipping, labor, installation, removal, or replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

After we receive all required information, Olevane will normally complete an initial review within 3–5 business days.
The initial review may result in approval of the claim, a request for additional evidence, further inspection or troubleshooting, a proposed remedy, or a determination that the issue is not covered.
Complex claims, safety concerns, replacement-part sourcing, carrier inspections, or third-party technical evaluations may require additional time. We will keep you informed if further review is needed.
No. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Additional Warranty Terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies described in this Limited Warranty are the purchaser’s remedies for a covered warranty claim.
Olevane will determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances of the claim. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olevane will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a product defect or warranty claim.
Olevane’s total liability for an approved claim will not exceed the original purchase price paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties applicable to the product are limited in duration to the duration of this 3-Year Limited Warranty.
