Open a question below to review the details.

01 How long does the Olevane warranty last?

Eligible furniture purchased from Olevane is covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty.

The warranty period begins on the original date the product is delivered to and received by the original purchaser.

02 Which products are covered?

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible furniture sold by Olevane, including:

  • Tables and desks
  • Cabinets and storage furniture
  • Stools and chairs
  • Sofas and sofa beds
  • Furniture sets
  • Shelves and racks
  • Beds

Certain products or components may be subject to additional product-specific terms. Please review the relevant product page and any documentation included with your order.

03 What types of defects are covered?

Under normal use, this Limited Warranty covers eligible defects in:

  • Materials
  • Structural frames
  • Workmanship
  • Functional furniture mechanisms
  • Non-lighting electronic components
  • LED lighting components
  • Fabrics and upholstery
  • Seat cushions
  • Leather or faux-leather covers

Coverage applies when the issue results from a product quality, material, manufacturing, structural, or workmanship defect.

Cosmetic changes or deterioration caused by normal use, improper care, accidents, environmental exposure, or customer-caused damage are not considered covered defects.

04 Are fabrics, cushions, leather covers, and LED components covered?

Yes. Eligible fabrics, upholstery, seat cushions, leather or faux-leather covers, and LED lighting components are covered for three years when the problem is determined to result from a product quality, material, or manufacturing defect.

Examples may include premature seam failure caused by defective workmanship, cushion failure caused by a confirmed material or manufacturing defect, abnormal separation or cracking caused by a covered material defect, or failure of an eligible LED component under normal use.

Normal softening, compression, wrinkling, stretching, fading, staining, scratching, or other changes resulting from ordinary use or improper care are not covered unless Olevane determines that the condition was caused by a covered defect.

05 What does “normal use” mean?

“Normal use” means using, assembling, operating, cleaning, and maintaining the product in accordance with:

  • The product description
  • Assembly instructions
  • Care and maintenance instructions
  • Weight and usage limitations
  • Safety warnings supplied by Olevane

Use that is inconsistent with these instructions may affect warranty eligibility if it causes or contributes to the reported damage.

06 What is not covered?

This Limited Warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by:

Improper use or handling

  • Misuse or abnormal use
  • Mishandling
  • Accidents
  • Neglect
  • Improper storage
  • Exceeding stated weight or usage limitations

Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance

  • Incorrect assembly or installation
  • Failure to follow product instructions
  • Improper maintenance or cleaning
  • Use of abrasive powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine, steel wool, wire brushes, or harsh chemicals
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions when the product is intended for indoor use

Environmental or external causes

  • Floods, earthquakes, fires, or severe weather
  • Excessive moisture or humidity
  • Other natural disasters or events outside Olevane’s reasonable control

Customer-caused or third-party damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Damage directly caused by incompatible third-party parts
  • Damage directly caused by improper third-party repairs
  • Damage caused during moving, relocation, or customer-arranged transportation

The use of a third-party part or repair service does not automatically void the entire warranty. However, damage directly caused by an incompatible part, unauthorized modification, or improper repair is not covered.

07 What is considered normal wear and tear?

Normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect. Examples may include:

  • Gradual reduction in gloss
  • Minor scratches or scuffs
  • Stains caused after delivery
  • Natural softening or compression of cushions
  • Wrinkling or stretching of upholstery
  • Color changes caused by sunlight or environmental exposure
  • Finish etching caused by water, cleaning methods, or environmental conditions
  • Other gradual changes expected from ordinary use

If you are unsure whether a condition is normal wear or a covered defect, please send photographs or videos to our customer support team for review.

08 What will Olevane do if my claim is approved?

If Olevane determines that an eligible product has a covered defect under normal use, Olevane may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the affected product or component
  • Provide replacement parts
  • Replace the affected product
  • Provide an appropriate price adjustment
  • Issue an appropriate partial or full refund

The remedy will be selected based on the nature of the defect, product availability, repair feasibility, safety considerations, and applicable law.

A replacement product or component may vary slightly in color, texture, finish, or design if the original version is no longer available.

09 Who pays for parts, shipping, labor, installation, or removal?

If the claim is approved as a product quality, material, manufacturing, structural, or workmanship defect, Olevane will cover the reasonable and necessary costs associated with the approved remedy, which may include:

  • Covered replacement parts
  • Standard shipping for approved parts or replacements
  • Repair labor arranged or approved by Olevane
  • Necessary installation or removal arranged or approved by Olevane

Customers must obtain written approval before arranging third-party repairs, installation, removal, shipping, or other services. Costs incurred without prior written approval may not be reimbursed.

If the issue is caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, incompatible parts, improper care, or other customer-caused damage, related parts, shipping, labor, installation, removal, or replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
